Summary: The child labor is a serious antisocial behavior. A series of studies conducted in 2009 -international year of the child ─, showed that more than 80 million children under 12 who perform many jobs in sweatshops, most live in Latin American countries (México) and Africa, Asia. Their low income (not wages) are essential for the survival of their families, and only serve to satisfy the most urgent needs: food, shelter and clothing in very precarious. The fight against child labor requires immediate action, general and constant. The UN Convention in 1999 to address the issue: The Worst Forms of Child Labor, linked to the governments of the States Parties to respect, protect and promote childhood, as a key element for social development. However it is very often that governments refuse to admit that there are problems in their countries on child exploitation. In Mexico national and international companies used under twelve years without paying the minimum wage and other benefits under law, those who have to comply with the tips from customers. The child labor abuse constitutes a serious violation of human rights, which must be sanctioned by criminal law, with a special type that provides a penalty particularly sensitive to discourage labor exploitation of child workers in all countries, avoiding who do not receive wages and benefits law. Just to be minors.
