Summary: This article addresses to the need that arises in the investigation CONSTITUTION AND CRIMINOLOGY COMPLEMENT OF JOURNALISM AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, at least have a narrow conceptual framework to induce the readers of the research regarding certain perspectives of criminology when it comes to concept, function and role without neglecting the vision of criminology in the context of academy, the media, the vision of university professors that address the issue of criminology facingl essential journalism, Human Rights and Freedom of Expression. They were: KAISER GUNTHER (German), EUGENE RAUL ZAFFARONI (Argentinean) GERMAN SILVA GARCÍA (Colombian). Adding to this a view of statistics applied to criminology as applied like foundation to the theoretical concept.
