Summary: This article refers to Social Representations concerning the equity and justice concepts of equity conciliatory individuals (male and female), of the Mediation and Conciliation Units of Bogotá, D. C. a field work was done by means of profound interviews joined to participant observation. These tools allowed access to social representations on a daily practice basis without taking it out of context or creating new or virtual spaces in which the representation could be influenced or distorted by external elements. The social representations of equity conciliatory individuals assume a reconstruction of past actions or a retrospective analysis of the situation. Secondly, they approach us to personalized social representations and give us clues about semantic fields, vocabulary and archetypal discourses around the equity and justice concepts
