In the cases of the paradigms of the juridical theory propose it, it neccesary to demand the essential conditions of every one of them and stablish the relation between the crisis that generated its interpretation to achieve the construction of new ones.Desde a construção do conceito do paradigma de Thomas Kuhn, que estabelece as fases de transformação dos processos cientistas, pode-se observar como devido a várias circunstâncias, os paradigmas predominantes sofrem crise, levando à busca subsequente de novas formas de conhecimentos. No caso dos paradigmas da teoria jurídica aqui proposta, é necessário estabelecer as condições essenciais de cada um e estabelecer a relação entre as crises que produziram à sua interpretação para lograr a construção dos novos.Desde la construcción del concepto de paradigma de Thomas Kuhn, en donde se establecen las fases de transformación de los procesos científicos, se puede observar cómo debido a diversas circunstancias, los paradigmas predominantes sufren crisis, lo que lleva a la consecuente búsqueda de nuevas formas de conocimiento.
