This is in order to obtain compensation plenary individualized legal status, and in parallel, the lodge precautionary measures at the right time.No pretende ser este breve trabajo más que una especie de guía para los y las Alcaldes (as) quienes en criterio del investigador se encuentran facultados (as) para interponer el proceso de conocimiento ante la jurisdicción ordinaria y requerir la nulidad del acto final o definitivo, que abreva del plebiscito de revocación de mandato. No se alude aquí a revocatoria, más aún, revocación pues el primero da cuenta de un mecanismo recursivo en sede administrativa o judicial, más el segundo hace eco de una sanción de destitución del jerarca en mención. Instituto que en la especie fue adoptado no así adaptado por el legislador con harta premura, dado que las actas del Proyecto del Código Municipal del año 1998 están ayunas de los motivos por los cuales se insertó tal sanción. Pese a ello, se abre un abanico de posibilidades para los posibles afectados, merced del Código Procesal Contencioso Administrativo y ante los estrados de la materia.
