Looking for suggestions to the Child Protection System
in cases of children in criminal proceedings for domestic violence,
was done a study in a qualitative description way. The procedure
was interview six Brazil Child Protection System participants. They
were: one Psychiatrist Doctor, with practical experience; one Child
and Adolescent Law Lawyer; one Judge and three Judges coming
from Ministério Público, those who have been working in The
Child and Adolescent Law. The answers was organized in categories
and their examine show a necessity to qualify the workers and
judges to be able to: listen a victim child or witness touch by criminal
law suits involving domestic violence; a multidisciplinary and
interprofissional staff; one unique and definitive model for listen all
the process; necessity to support social and psychological the child;
and concerning with revictimization trying to avoid it. |
