El proceso de redacción de los cánones acerca de las iglesias y oratorios: del Código de 1917 al proyecto de 1977
Summary: The article aims to delve into the study of the drafting process of the Canons regarding the churches, oratories and private chapels, in the period comprised from October 25th to 30th, 1971. These discussions crystallized in the canons that would later be inserted in the Schema sent on November 15th, 1977 so that various church bodies gave their views on it. In this process, the Coetus, after agreeing on general criteria for the canon revision in particular, looked at each of them, to modify, remove or compose new texts that were to be introduced in the Schema to send to the query. The work reflects this process and adds a summary of contents related to each the CIC/17 canons it is based on.
