We conclude that term «tolerance» establishment among educational aims doesn�t imply that tolerance becomes a fundamental right.La tolerancia aparece como uno de los fines de la educación en las Constituciones de bastantes Länder alemanes. De ahí, se ha deducido por la doctrina la existencia de un deber fundamental de tolerancia entre los ciudadanos.
