Summary: The use of the assisted reproductive techniques is a right recognized to people as soon as the will to have own biological offspring is configured as a manifestation of the free development of the personality. The variety of mechanisms for assisted reproduction raises various questions from the legal field and they can not always be resolved with a single answer. The use of assisted reproductive techniques has limitations, sometimes motivated by issues natural, because the intervention of women is always indispensable, but it is also required to have both physical and mental conditions in order to be users of the techniques, and on other occasions, the limitations are imposed by socio-economic issues.
