The refusal of parents to vaccinate their children, both in vaccinations for outbreaks such as the systematic, has not been a particularly noticeable problem in our society. Vaccines have been commonly regarded by our citizens as one of the biggest successes of medicine and, more specifically, public health policy in recent years. However, recently there was some social movement that is much more critical of vaccines, so that it is not unusual to meet a specific case of refusal to vaccination. In this study we analyze the problems in our system regarding the possibility of saving legally rejection of parents to vaccinate their children, especially in the field of systematics vaccinations. In our analysis we also make a comparison with one model that has regulated widely this issue, such as the model which exists in the United States of America. |
