This work focuses on business subjects to preach the homily in the current regulation. Based on the concept of homily at Vatican II, we distinguish between the homily preached in the celebration of Mass, the priest or deacon reserved the homily-out of conclusion. In the latter case interested - in light of that is just in the Church elucidate who the subjects are required and those that are allowed to preach, as conditions and sometimes as places.La transmisión de la fe es una de las preocupaciones que mayor interés despiertan en el entero pueblo de Dios. Y la homilía es uno de los medios que más influencia pueda tener ¿junto con las diversas catequesis¿ en la transmisión de la fe, por lo que es necesaria una adecuada regulación de los contenidos y los sujetos encargados de exponerla. Este trabajo se centra en los sujetos hábiles para predicar la homilía en la regulación actual. Partiendo del concepto de homilía en el Concilio Vaticano II, se distingue entre la homilía predicada dentro de la celebración de la Misa ¿reservada al sacerdote o diácono de la homilía fuera de dicha celebración.
