In this article we analyze how indigenous people fight for the recognition of theirs collective rights has been reflected in the Bolivian Constitution through the years.El indigenismo fue sin duda alguna, una de las corrientes que impulsó con gran fuerza la mayoría de las mencionadas reformas, y aún más, los pueblos indígenas de Bolivia fueron actores fundamentales para la existencia actual de un nuevo marco constitucional.
