Finally, it refers to the conflicts between the parents and the minor on the exercise of the right of religious freedom.El artículo analiza los conflictos en el ámbito educativo que surgen en la relación entre el derecho de libertad religiosa y el ejercicio de la patria potestad. En primer lugar estudia la relevancia de las creencias religiosas de los progenitores en los procesos de atribución de custodia y determinación de régimen de visitas. En segundo lugar trata del desacuerdo entre los titulares de la patria potestad respecto a la educación religiosa del menor.
