The heterogeneity of motivations and the impact home education might have on the child must be necessarily taken into account by the courts.Este artículo analiza si el método de la enseñanza en casa constituye una alternativa válida desde el punto de vista jurídico a la escolarización obligatoria. Una adecuada ponderación del derecho de los progenitores a educar y del papel del Estado en la educación, hecha a la luz del interés superior del menor, no debe ser esquemática y rígida.
