This document presents elements of a manuscript in preparation and higher density and contains some milestones in the history of social services and their participation in social security and social protection in the country. The document sets out some programs and projects developed and social services for the general population, specifically for older people. First, it analyzes global developments in terms of risks and vulnerability of the system of social protection. Secondly, the performance presented in the Colombian case, finally consider funding and resources required for your disposal. Protection systems require permanent review of its variables. |
