Abstract liabilities among the partners and society, but when the partners use the corporate structure to achieve an objective of society outside the law or defrauding others, enters into application dismissal doctrine of legal personality, through which the judicial authorities may dispense with the separation of assets and liabilities, to be the partners who respond to the obligations of the corporation have abused the legal personality. So in this work is done a count on the origin and main characteristics of this doctrine and its application in Colombia. |
