Since the 1980 Colombian politics has been characterized by the fact that the national government agendas have included, for many different ways, to dealing with all those armed groups operating outside the law who have shaped military confrontation in the country. Thus, it has gone through a series of peace processes and initiatives, however lead to the adequacy of the legal system for such purposes, have not articulated the necessary tools to search for peace with schemes of application of justice, let less than the truth and reparation as rights and duties.
