In order to determine the pedagogical principles that should guide the reassessment of the law for establishing its nature and relevance a social science in the continental legal system prevailing in Colombia, research is identified as a traditional fundamental, being described as an activity responsible for dynamizing scientific in order to propose some critical reflections of its role in Law, recently attesting that the functionally active structure yields results in the Colombian Pacific region. |
