The international subjectivity, the process of legal creation and application, or the United Nations’ system of collective security are some of the fields that they are affected for this ‘mutation’.Desde hace algunos años asistimos a importantes cambios en la sociedad internacional que se han acentuado en el presente milenio y que vienen marcados fundamentalmente por los ‘fenómenos’ de la globalización y el unilateralismo hegemónico de los EE.UU. Tales cambios afectan inevitablemente al Derecho internacional, de forma tal que podemos afirmar que éste se halla en proceso de transición.
