Jarraitzeko, euskal zuzenbide zibilaren bilakaeran, azken hamarkadetan, garrantzitsuak izan diren legeak komentatzen dira, hala nola, 6/1988 Legea, 3/1992 eta 3/1999 Legeak eta, zeharka bada ere, 3/2003 Legea, egitatezko bikoteak arautzekoa. Amaitzeko, etorkizunari begira, jarduera-jarraibideak eta antolaketa aukerak aipatzen dira.The aim of this study is to lay out the main landmarks in the Basque parliament regarding provincial Civil Law. First of all, the study analyses constitutional and legal context as well as constitutional case law in this field. Secondly, important Laws for the development of Basque Civil Law are commented, such as the 6/1988 Law, the 3/1992 Law, the 3/1999 Law and, incidentally, the 3/2003 Law, which regulates common-law couples. Finally, for the future, guidelines to work and different options to organise the work are proposed.El presente estudio tiene por objeto dar a conocer los principales hitos del Parlamento vasco en materia de Derecho Civil foral. Se parte del contexto jurídico-constitucional y de la jurisprudencia constitucional más relevante al respecto. Posteriormente, se comentan normas tan importantes para la evolución del Derecho Civil Vasco como la Ley 6/1988, las Leyes 3/1992 y 3/1999 y, tangencialmente, la Ley 3/2003, reguladora de las parejas de hecho. Finalmente, se proponen las directrices de actuación y las opciones organizativas a futuro.AVD - ZEA.
