The indicators defined and calculated to evaluate the instruments of planning and ordering used in the Galician Statistical System are described: the plan and its annual programs. To evaluate them, indicators that reflect -with a numerical measure- the execution of some activities (in the program) or attainment of some aims (in the plan) were used. In the programs, calculations were made of the degrees of execution, percentage of fulfilment of the deadlines and coverage of technical project to measure. These calculations were carried out in order to measure not only its accomplishment, but also its punctuality and technical correction. As to quantifying the accomplishment of the plan’s objectives, other indicators were established, amongst which were those of satisfaction about the goals and of the good utilization of sources. These indicators are complemented with other analyses that allow us to examine the implementation of the programs and to draw conclusions. |
