If this legal institution is well implemented by the Administration, it can contribute significantly to the achievement of several principles underlying our Administrative Law.En los albores del siglo XXI, una Administración al servicio de los ciudadanos debe proponerse la utilización de herramientas propias de la era de la información para la concreción de sus fines, en pos del desarrollo y bienestar de las personas. Este trabajo se propone reflexionar en torno a la problemática que puede observarse en el desarrollo de un procedimiento administrativo electrónico, y a las cuestiones a considerar en su implementación.
