Finally we conclude with the last tendencies leaded by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center which represents the most emblematic entity in the alternative dispute resolution system related to international intellectual property disputes.En el presente artículo se analiza la conveniencia del arbitraje como fórmula alternativa de solución de controversias en el ámbito de la propiedad intelectual. Se estudia tanto el arbitraje general conforme a la Ley 60/2003, de Arbitraje, como el arbitraje especial de la Comisión de la Propiedad Intelectual previsto en el artículo 158 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual y regulado en el RD 1889/2011, de 30 de diciembre.
