Although the technical knowledge is gaining ground in the activity, theoretical reflections still play a central role in the success of the profession. For this reason, it is necessary to reflect about those who exercise the profession. Concerning the methodology, this research work applied the qualitative approach through description, narrative, document review observation and empirical analysis. Lawyers, in practice, tend not to reflect on conceptual theories such as the justice, and are limited to use of circumstantial and intuitive way as something attached to the professional activity. The application of the theories of Justice in the vocational training of the lawyer is its use as a conceptual tool that facilitates the process of thinking, offering an overview of arguments and approaches to be handled before the de facto (in decision making) and during the intervention (processes or negotiations) responsiblyEl problema que se aborda se manifiesta en la necesidad de conocer el papel que juegan las teorías de la justicia en el ejercicio profesional del abogado. Si bien el conocimiento técnico ha ganado terreno en la actividad, las reflexiones teóricas de este tipo siguen ocupando un lugar central en el éxito de la profesión. Por lo cual es importante, además, indagar acerca de quiénes ejercen el Derecho. La Metodología con la que se abordó este trabajo fue una metodología cualitativa, con un enfoque orientado a la descripción, narrativa, revisión de documentos, análisis empírico y observación. Los abogados, en la práctica profesional, no suelen reflexionar acerca de teorías conceptuales como las de justicia, y se limitan a usarlas de manera intuitiva y circunstancial, como algo adherido al quehacer profesional.
