La protección del patrimonio etnográfico en España y en las comunidades autónomas: especial referencia al País Vasco y Andalucía

This article is devoted to the legislation enacted at national and Autonomous Community level, with particular reference to the Basque Country and Andalusia related to the Ethnographic Heritage. This article, also, highlights the High Court decisions concerning Ethnographic Heritage in Spain.
