Also, it analyzes the electoral system and the composition of the seventeen parliaments of the autonomous regions. Finally, it approaches the reality represented by development of different functions that correspond to this institution, distinguishing between the Legislative, Financial and Budget functions, the Impulse function and the Role of Political Control. It concludes with a final insight about the reality of the autonomous parliaments at the present moment, and its projection in the political realities of the different autonomous communities and throughout the state.Este artículo hace una reflexión sobre la realidad de los Parlamentos de las Comunidades Autónomas en la Constitución Española de 1978, concretando esta referencia en la Constitución Española �art. 152� a las Asambleas Legislativas y lo que ha representado esta realidad en el nuevo sistema político español. Además analiza la composición y el sistema electoral de estos diecisiete Parlamentos de las Comunidades Autónomas. Por último, hace una aproximación a la realidad representada por el desarrollo de las diferentes funciones que corresponden a esta Institución, diferenciando la Función Legislativa, la Función Financiera y Presupuestaria, la Función de Impulso y la Función de Control Político.
