Mediante este pretendemos analizar las propiedades autopoiéticas del derecho con miras a determinar qué es considerado una verdad jurídica dentro del macro sistema autorreferencial, de allí que la problemática que se aborda sea la siguiente: ¿Qué tipo de contenido se da el derecho en virtud de sus características autopoiéticas?
