In this work, is formulated a possible
ideological hybridization between contemporary
republicanism and political ecology.
The proposal is an ecological republicanism or
a republican ecologism, on condition that the
republicanism is based in a weak anthropocentrism
and the political ecology is also based in
a weak biocentrism. According to this proposal,
the political ecology expands the original
orientation of republicanism (the equality),
and the republicanism sutures one of the potential
pathologies (authoritarian fisiocratism)
of political ecology. |
