Asimismo, se exponen los criterios jurisprudenciales en la materia. Se finaliza con una breve reflexión sobre la incidencia del régimen de derecho de desistimiento previsto en la Directiva 2011/83, sobre derechos de los consumidores, en la facultad objeto de estudio.Centro de Estudios de Consumo.
