The gray zones in the area of the labour law, it is one of these examples of the difficult separation of a few areas of the right of others, placing certain juridical relations in the border of one and another regulation. A general perspective will be born in mind it brings over of that they are the gray zones in the area of the Labor law, later to realize a concrete analysis of the service of transport, contemplated in the Art. 1.3.g) of the Remolten Text of the Statute of the Workers.La continua expansión del derecho laboral hace que muchas de las bases conceptuales del derecho se remuevan para poder dar cabida a situaciones jurídicas complicadas, que no ajustan a los parámetros clásicos previamente establecidos. Las zonas grises en el ámbito del derecho laboral, son uno de esos ejemplos de la difícil separación de unas áreas del derecho de otras, situando ciertas relaciones jurídicas en la frontera de una y otra regulación.
