The study finish with three specific aspects of social rights: their nature, how to FACE the conflicts between fundamental rights and finally, diverse obstacles that affects their effectiveness.El autor considera a los DESC como derechos fundamentales, existiendo diversos supuestos que apoyan la tesis que les reconoce exigibilidad procesal.
