It is stated that this form of protection is regulated in two ways: by �connection�, disposing an entailment between a �non-social� fundamental right with any determined social right, obtaining the protection of the social right through the protection of the other right; and by �incorporation�, referred to the protection obtained for some social rights by including its constitutional content into the essential content of some other constitutional rights.El presente trabajo presenta la estructuración del mecanismo de tutela indirecta de los derechos sociales en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional español, relacionada con la protección de derechos sociales que no gozan de tutela reforzada, o aquellos que gozando de esta, han sido amparados por una vía distinta.
