To consult the circumstances faced by them and elements demanded to overcome the situation may contribute to set the stage for their complementation. For this purpose, the symbiosis between law and economy should be considered from a business point of view; the scope of the linkage between the economic analysis of law and economic law and the application of both on the company as a business subject. The harmonization of the economic analysis of law with economic law would eventually consolidate various areas of economic and legal knowledge that are limited to identify the company as a production unit or legal reason, ideas that drive the business subject study from the theory of the firm and responsibility.Este artículo está dirigido a evaluar los elementos comunes y diferenciales del análisis económico del derecho y del derecho económico desde la perspectiva empresarial. La orientación ofrecida por ambos no ha superado la disquisición de fundamentos y posturas que aún no constituyen marco de aplicación para que las empresas respondan a problemáticas de corte económico-legal. El consultar las circunstancias por las cuales atraviesan ellas y los elementos que exigen superar la discusión, puede contribuir para establecer el escenario de complementariedad de ambos. Para ello, debe considerarse la simbiosis entre el derecho y la economía desde el punto de vista empresarial; el alcance de la vinculación entre el análisis económico del derecho y el derecho económico y; la aplicación de ambos sobre la empresa en calidad de sujeto empresarial.
