Ruptura del monopolio de los partidos políticos en la postulación de candidatos a cargos municipales de elección popular
The present essay analyzes the possibility of eliminating political parties� monopoly to nominate candidates for municipal elections, as well as the possibility to allow independent candidate�s nomination to this kind of elections.
