It also raises questions about the government�s capacity and willingness to take effective action to slow down the impacts which this development has had on naturePara los chinos el hombre es una parte integral del cosmos y, por eso mismo, es muy importante hacer énfasis en la armonía que debe existir entre los seremos humanos y la naturaleza, sin embargo, los chinos para poder subsistir han alterado el medio ambiente, con una alta presión sobre sus recursos naturales.
