This article is in charge of one of
the most important dimensions of the paradigm
reconstruction of the Powder-modernity:
the philosophical dimension. Leaving of
highlighted points of the work of Nietzsche
(the first powder-modern), and of the paradigm
notion as method, tries to really focus
the perspective of transmutation of the values
in favor of a new conception; instead of
the metaphysical truth the collective truth,
that shows as built right. The focus presupposes
other aspects of the proposal, as the
transformation corresponding of the politician
and juridical elements, those are object
of other texts of the author of this work.
Institutions of inclusion are cogitated, that
season direct and indirect democracy, so that
to each conflict one can obtain the best solution
for the parts, the State and the Society.
In that inclination, it is ended, the Powdermodernity
is not an utopia, it is a method of
projecting the transformations of a challenging
reality, in that one should rescue the third
element: the commons. The rescue of the
commons will transform the paradigm main
of the Modernity.

The rescue of the commons will transform the paradigm main of the Modernity.Este artigo ocupa-se de uma das dimensões mais importantes da reconstrução paradigmática da Pós-Modernidade: a dimensão filosófica. Parte de pontos destacados da obra de Nietzsche, e adota a noção de paradigma como método, procurando enfocar a perspectiva de transmutação dos valores em favor de uma nova concepção de verdade; contrapondo e justapondo à verdade metafísica a verdade coletiva: a primeira centrada nas instituições políticas representativas e a segunda manifestando-se no campo da participação. No plano jurídico, a verdade construída vai inspirar as fontes do direito como direito construído (pela Sociedade). Essa abordagem (filosófica), portanto, pressupõe outros elementos, como a transformação correspondente do político, do jurídico e do econômico, objeto de outros textos do autor deste trabalho. Cogita o texto de instituições de inclusão, que temperem democracia direta e indireta, de forma que a cada conflito se possa obter a melhor solução para as partes, o Estado e a Sociedade. Nesse viés, conclui: a Pós-Modernidade não é uma utopia, é um método de projetar as transformações de uma realidade desafiadora, em que se deve resgatar o terceiro elemento, que é o coletivo.
