This article was aimed at presenting reflection for
assessing part of the scope involved in the notion of
local governance concerning consolidating social coexistence mechanisms, reducing gender inequality and
strengthening the fight against gays and lesbians being
discriminated against in the cities of Bogota, Cali and
Medellin in Colombia. It also proposes a relationship
between citizenship and identity as being a valid allencompassing way forward for all actors who recognise
that a democratic constitutional state can lead to the
emergence of dialogue for ensuring peaceful coexistence
between dissimilar sexual subjects. |
