The first part presents a reflection on naming from the perspective of language. The second describes naming within heterosexual discourse and policy. Finally, it is concluded that despite the naming through language, not all people are recognized as rights-bearing persons.Este texto pretende mostrar la necesidad de nombrar o de denominar los sujetos y los conceptos para que tengan existencia y significación dentro del discurso heterosexual y heteronormativo, que diacrónicamente se han impuesto como los oficiales. De esta nominación depende que los individuos tengan cabida o representación como sujetos de derechos dentro del marco normativo. La primera parte presenta una reflexión en torno a la nominación desde el lenguaje; la segunda, expone la nominación dentro del discurso heterosexual y normativo.
