Il en reste de se demander si l�éthique individuelle et collective, aussi bien que la notion de justice et d�équité des sociétés transnationales sont mauvaises, voire, inexistantes.En un mundo en donde el poder desbordado del mercado global y de las empresas multinacionales ha deteriorado considerablemente la soberanía de los países más pobres, el tema de las capacidades se ubica como un punto de apoyo para la reivindicación de los derechos individuales.
