In spite of that none of twenty-five judgments have been declared fulfilled in its entirety by the Inter-American Court, which keeps its supervision opened on such fulfillment, the document thinks brings over of the significant impact of the jurisprudence of the Court in the protection and promotion of the human rights in Peru, especially on having had understood to important autonomous organs of the Peruvian State as the Congress of the The Republic, the Executive Power, the Judicial Power, Attorney General�s office and Constitutional Court. Finally, the author formulates some proposals for a better fulfillment of the supranational judgments.El autor revisa brevemente las veinticinco sentencias de fondo emitidas contra el Estado peruano por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, entre 1995 y el año 2009, las medidas adoptadas por dicho Estado en los ámbitos legislativo, administrativo y jurisprudencial. Pese a que ninguna de las veinticinco sentencias han sido declaradas cumplidas en su totalidad por la Corte Interamericana, por lo que se mantiene abierta la supervisión de su cumplimiento, el documento reflexiona acerca del impacto significativo de la jurisprudencia de la Corte en la protección y promoción de los derechos humanos en el Perú, en especial al haber comprendido a importantes órganos autónomos del Estado peruano como el Congreso de la República, el Poder Ejecutivo, el Poder Judicial, Ministerio Público y Tribunal Constitucional.
