El principio fundamental de acción. Nuevo paradigma de la ciencia procesal
The procedural science has changed by action paradigms. Today the new paradigm is the fundamental principle of the action, which concerns a new way of understanding the process and the science of the procedural law, in a scene so called new constitutionalism and everything what it implies.
