In this sense, it is show important differences and consequences in front of different aspects like the competence in the internal laws, and the concept of the crime behaviour described in our legislation.El presente artículo analiza los principios que se encuentran plasmados a nivel internacional, específicamente en el Estatuto de Roma de 1998 para el establecimiento de la Corte Penal Internacional, y el significado relevante que tienen con respecto a postulados, como el principio de legalidad en materia penal en Colombia.
