This interpretation should take into account the procedural subjects not only supported by the validity of arguments based in the word but also based on the non-verbal language. This paper analyzes the combination between Theater Art and Oral Law, inside the judicial process. In order to do this, some films were used to discover the semiotics of legal debate in public hearings and in the practice of witness evidence and analysis of it. Documentary analysis, descriptive method, explanatory and deductive thematic exhibition were the methodology used.A partir de la importancia que ha adquirido la oralidad en el proceso penal colombiano, y teniendo en cuenta que cada vez es mayor su incorporación a las otras áreas jurídicas, es innegable la necesidad de analizar aspectos que permiten interpretarlo como un escenario histriónico en el cual los sujetos procesales no solamente sustentan la validez de argumentos en la palabra sino también en el lenguaje no verbal. El presente artículo reflexiona sobre la mixtura entre arte teatral y oralidad jurídica en el marco del proceso judicial, tomando como referencia algunas obras cinematográficas que permiten ejemplificar la necesidad de descubrir la semiótica del debate jurídico en las audiencias públicas y en la práctica y análisis de la prueba testimonial.
