Sumario: From the great importance that has acquired the orality in the penal Colombian process and their increasing incorporation with other law areas, it is undeniable the need to explore aspects that allow to interpret it as an histrionic stage. This interpretation should take into account the procedural subjects not only supported by the validity of arguments based in the word but also based on the non-verbal language. This paper analyzes the combination between Theater Art and Oral Law, inside the judicial process. In order to do this, some films were used to discover the semiotics of legal debate in public hearings and in the practice of witness evidence and analysis of it. Documentary analysis, descriptive method, explanatory and deductive thematic exhibition were the methodology used.
