Globalization is an undeniable and multi-faceted phenomenon which has consolidated
in the world, especially from the 80´s. This globalizing process impacts
all aspects of a human being´s life, individually and collectively. Its mark is also
reflected on all spheres of social, political, and economic life and penetrates
states basically through two ways; the first one is a natural way resulting from
world relations and reconfiguraciones, especially those boosted by technological
and scientific development; a second one is based on the real power exercised
by powerful countries on those states around them, and is strengthened by
imposition. Effects of globalization also impact the law world which becomes
a suitable environment for its implementation and strengthening, and paradigms
and system are modified for such a purpose. For the process to close
the cycle, training fields of lawyers should be modified, so they can respond
to new challenges. |
