The subjects regulated by the First draft was prepared by a special section for the reform of the Law of Navigation and has been structured in attention to the main issues in the matter: the aquatic means in which navigation is made; the vehicle with which navigation is made; the person who organizes the instruments with which the displacement by the water is made, and, the main activity.Los clubes de protección e indemnización son asociaciones de armadores que conforman fondos mutuales sin ánimo de lucro, con el fin de otorgar cobertura a sus miembros en relación con las responsabilidades en que puedan incurrir con ocasión de la actividad marítima que desarrollan.
