Después de revisar el estudio histórico preparado por el mencionado autor sobre el tema de referencia, la Nota, tras el escrutinio de varios precedentes judiciales en materia de Dº Antitrust, ofrece una visión crítica de los resultados que se derivan de tal estudio, favoreciendo a su vez a la International Comity como un instrumento básico para el desarrollo del moderno Dº Internacional Privado.The present Note makes a deep analysis of an important work published by Joel R. Paul in Law and Contemporary Problems about the �Transformation of International Comity�.
