On the one hand, due to the Action Plans agreed between the EU and each partner on subject as immigration, crossborder management and, judicial and police cooperation. And the other one, as a result of action on bilateral level, like that already existing between Kingdoom of Spain and Kingdoom of Marocco, as a key item towards an efficient cooperation.En el marco del Partenariado Euromediterráneo, la cooperación en los Asuntos de Justicia e Interior se considera hoy un ámbito prioritario de actuación. Ha sido sobre todo a partir de la puesta en marcha de la Política Europea de Vecindad, cuando se constata una auténtica dimensión mediterránea del Espacio de libertad, seguridad y justicia. Por un lado, gracias a la existencia de planes de actuación específicos firmados entre la Unión Europea y cada socio en materias tales como la inmigración, la gestión fronteriza o la cooperación judicial y policial.
