Aipatu legea eraldatzekotan, giltzarrietatik batzuk izan daitezke, besteak beste, kooperatibak sustatzea, lege-testua argitzea, gatazkak epaiketatik kanpo konpondu daitezen erraztea, eta, kooperatiben araubide ekonomikoari dagokionez, neurri berritzaileak ezartzea.The Basque Cooperatives Confederation (Konfekoop) is working on formulating a number of improvement proposals in respect of Law 4/1993, of 24 June,on Basque Cooperatives. This investigation includes a summary of the most significant amendments that are proposed by the confederation. The promotion of co-operatives, the clarification of the legal text, the fostering of the extrajudicial resolution of conflicts and the establishment of innovative measures in relation to the economic system are some of the linchpins for the possible amendment of the aforementioned law.La Confederación de Cooperativas de Euskadi (Konfekoop) está trabajando para formular una serie de propuestas de mejora de la Ley 4/1993, de 24 de junio, de Cooperativas de Euskadi. Este estudio recoge un compendio de las modificaciones más significativas que se proponen desde dicha confederación. La promoción de las cooperativas, la clarificación del texto legal, el fomento de la resolución extrajudicial de conflictos y el establecimiento de medidas innovadoras en relación al régimen económico son algunas de las claves para la posible reforma de la citada leyAVD - ZEA.
