Summary: The executive process is one of the legal processes included in the Code of Civil Procedure. This process tries to achieve the compulsory compliance via legal of a clear, express and liable obligation. So, it is necessary to review the use of the executive process as a legal process making room to apply the Human Dignity Principle.
